2016年に「荷造りと荷ほどき」をリリースしたシンガーソングライター、マサエノマドによる、日々の生活から出てきた音を録音し完成した9曲入りアルバム。聴いている方の生活にも共鳴したい思いも、アルバム名に込められている。ライブではアコスティックギターの弾き語りで醸成されてきた曲だが、ブルースやフォークの素朴な雰囲気を尊重しつつ、レコーディングならではの広がりを味わえる。色を添えるゲストミュージシャンは、竹蔵（from Napple Tapple)、ヤスヨ（from Dried Bonito）、吉本ヒロ、津嶋利仁。また、マスタリングには前作に続き、安田寿之を迎えている。

Masaenomad, a singer-songwriter who released "Packaging and Unpacking" in 2016, has released a nine-track album of sounds she recorded from her daily life. The title of the album includes the desire to resonate with the lives of listeners. The songs which have been cultivated by singing and playing acoustic guitar in live performances have a breadth that can only be achieved through recording, while respecting the simple atmosphere of blues and folk. Guest musicians who add colors to the album include Takezo (from Napple Tapple), Yasuyo (from Dried Bonito), Hiro Yoshimoto, and Toshihito Tsushima. The mastering was done by Toshiyuki Yasuda, following the previous album.
